AG Grant Inc., also known as and doing business as “AG Accounting” (“AG Grant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides bookkeeping, accounting, and CFO advisory services (together, our “Services”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we handle personal information when we market and sell our Services to prospective customers and operate our business.

Customer information we process for the purpose of delivering Services to a client is governed by our client agreements and this Policy does not apply to such processing.

We collect, use, and disclose information covered by this Policy in order to market, sell, and provide services to businesses and other organizations in the United States — not to individual consumers. To the extent we process personal information about an individual (“you”), it is for one or more of the following purposes:

• to market and sell our Services to the organization which employs you (or with which you are affiliated); and
• to operate and/or improve our Services.

We do not knowingly process data of individuals who are under sixteen years old.

Our website located at anelya.net, including all related tools, content, subdomains, and services offered therein (the “Website”), is intended solely for business use and is intended to be viewed and used by commercial and other entities in the United States. The Website is not for individual, family, or household use, and we do not target or market our services to consumers as defined under applicable consumer protection laws.

By using the Website or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

The table below shows what categories of personal information we collected in the past twelve months about people who represent the organizations we serve, or seek to serve, and where we got that information. Information we intentionally do not collect. Please do not submit sensitive financial account numbers, government identifiers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the Website contact form. Any sensitive client information should be shared only through the secure channels we establish during a formal engagement.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
• market our Services;
• analyze our sales and marketing efforts;
• evaluate and discuss a potential engagement;
• provide, maintain, and improve the Website;
• protect the security and integrity of the Website;
• administer customer accounts; and
• comply with legal obligations.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed and only with:

• Service providers who support our operations (for example, website hosting, email, IT/security providers, and software and AI tools we use to operate our business and deliver Services), under obligations to protect the information; in the last twelve months, all categories of personal information above have been disclosed to service providers;
• Professional advisors such as our attorneys or accountants, when reasonably necessary;
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and
• An acquirer, if we sell, merge, or transfer any part of our business, or any part of our business is acquired as part of bankruptcy or similar proceedings.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, manage our relationship, and comply with legal, tax, and professional recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Records related to client engagements are retained in accordance with applicable law and our data retention practices.

Depending on where you reside, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 10.

If you believe that your personal information is contained in the data we process on behalf of our customers, please contact the customer directly.

California residents

If you submit a verifiable consumer request, you have the right, subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), if and as applicable:

• To receive disclosure of:
  • the categories of personal information that we have collected about you;
  • the categories of sources of the personal information we have collected about you;
  • the business or commercial purpose for our collecting, selling or sharing of personal information about you;
  • the categories of third parties to whom we disclose your personal information (please note that this Policy provides the information that we would provide upon verifiable request for this data category and the above three data categories);
  • the categories of personal information that we have sold or shared;
  • the categories of third parties to whom personal information was sold or shared;
  • the categories of third parties to whom personal information was disclosed for a business purpose; and
  • the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you (subject to applicable legal limitations).
• To request deletion of your personal information by us, subject to applicable legal limitations;
• To request correction of inaccurate personal information; and
• To be free of discrimination on the basis of having exercised your rights under the CCPA.

AG Grant does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those specified in Section 7027(m) of the California Consumer Privacy Act Regulations.

To exercise your rights under the CCPA, please write to [email protected]. We will generally verify your identity using information in your inquiry and data in our possession. We may ask you for additional information to verify your request. A consumer’s authorized agent may also submit a request on behalf of the consumer. The authorized agent should follow the process outlined above. AG Grant will request proof that the consumer gave the authorization written permission to submit the request and, depending on the nature of the information, will require the consumer to either verify their own identity directly with AG Grant or directly confirm with AG Grant that they provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.

In the last twelve months we have not sold or shared personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Website is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
